Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StitchLogic mobile application ("App") operated by Rat Software LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company.

By using StitchLogic, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

StitchLogic is a quilting organization and design tool available on iOS. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

StitchLogic offers a free tier and a Pro subscription:

• Free tier: Limited features, ad-supported, no payment required.
• Pro subscription: $9.99/month or $79.99/year. Provides access to all features, no ads.

Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

To cancel your subscription, manage it through your Apple App Store account settings or through the StitchLogic website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain Pro access until then.

We may offer web-based subscription management in the future.

3. User-Generated Content

You may submit content to StitchLogic, including quilt shop listings, reviews, and business information. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content within the App.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
• Post spam listings or promotional content outside designated areas
• Attempt to manipulate shop ratings or search results
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Rat Software LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

StitchLogic is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

AI Quilt Coach responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate. They are intended as suggestions and should not be relied upon as professional quilting advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rat Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rat Software LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
